A few reminders about your departure:

• Check-out time is 10:00 am.

• Our cleaning crews will often arrive right at 10:00 am to begin preparing the property for the next guest. Please be respectful of their need to get into the unit.
  

• Leave property reasonably clean.

• Please remove all trash from the unit and place it in the outside bin.

• Wash all dishes and put them away.

• Leave all beds unmade and place the linens on the floor.

• Please ensure that remotes are placed on the nightstand/table and not in the linens.

• If you have muted your Alexa SmartHost during your stay, please unmute it.

• If you are staying at a property with a physical key and lockbox, please return the key to the lockbox.

• If you are staying at the Caribe, please return key cards to the dropbox.
