We received great news today. Governor Kay Ivey unveiled a Safer-At-Home order designed to reopen portions of the Alabama economy, including our Alabama beaches on Thursday, April 30th at 5:00 pm.
Ivey's order allows some businesses to re-open under strict sanitation and social distancing guidelines. All retail stores will be allowed to reopen but will be required to maintain at most a 50% occupancy rate. Restaurants will remain limited to take-out or curbside delivery. Alabama's beaches will be subject to social distancing guidelines including no gathering greater than 10 people.
Each association will have the decision to open its amenities at each complex. As we know what is open and what is still closed, we will keep a list below, and you can find that updated list on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

PROPERTY AMENITIES OPEN / CLOSED:
MUSTIQUE- With the announcement from the Governor Ivey that the pools can be opened back up for use, we will do so on Friday May 1st. The indoor pool will be open as well but you will have to enter the pool from the hallway door on the 2nd floor. The fitness room will be open as of May 12th. (1) Anyone using the pool needs to adhere to 6' of social distancing unless they are part of the same household and (2) There can be no more than 10 people in the pool area at any one time.

PHOENIX PROPERTIES Amenities that are OPEN are: Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Grills, Meeting Room, Tenis Courts Amenities that are CLOSED are: Indoor Pool, Hot Tubs, Saunas, Fitness Center, Racquet Ball Court, Basketball CourtNotes: 1) The amenities that are open will remain subject to state and county rules regarding social distancing requirements, and 2) due to the state’s continued prohibition on “shared” sporting apparatus and equipment, the Front Desk will not be able to provide owners or guests with racquets, balls, etc. at this time.
FACE MASKS FOR INDOOR COMMON AREAS In alignment with the state’s “Safer at Home” order, we are requesting that guests bring face masks or face coverings with them for any planned visits to Phoenix Properties
ELEVATOR ETIQUETTE We plan to place elevator etiquette notices in our elevator lobbies requesting that owners and guests: a) wear face masks when riding elevators, b) limit the number of individuals in an elevator to 4 (unless all individuals are members of the same family or party), c) stand in the corners of the elevator, and d) wash or sanitize hands after leaving the elevator.
REGENCY ISLE We ask that everyone practice social distancing of 6 feet or more, minimize groups to less than 10 people. When riding the elevator, do not overcrowd. If people are on it please wait for the next one. Only two grills will be open for now. The indoor pool, hot tub, and gym will remain closed until further notice.
CRYSTAL SHORES WEST All amenities except the sauna are open

LIGHTHOUSE The indoor pool, both outdoor pools, and both hot tubs are operational with social distancing guidelines in place. Fitness Center: Under the new order the fitness center at Lighthouse must remain closed.
LITTLE LAGOON COTTAGES OPEN A gathering of no more than 10 people in the pool area NO MATTER THE SIZE OF THE DECK AND WATER. The 10 People Rule includes in the water AND on the deck. Those 10 people must maintain the 6 feet of separation if they are not family members. Each person in that family unit is counted as part of the 10 People Rule.

SHOALWATER All water venues will be allowed to reopen on April 30th at 5:00 PM with the following condition: A gathering of no more than 10 people PER BODY OF WATER in that area NO MATTER THE SIZE OF THE DECK AND WATER. The 10 people Rule includes in the water AND on the deck. Those 10 people must maintain the 6 feet of separation if they are not family members. Each person in that family unit is counted as part of the 10 people Rule.
If the beach is accessed through the pool area, then you may separate the walkway from the pool area so the 10 people Rule may be more easily monitored.
OCEAN HOUSE All water venues will be allowed to reopen on April 30th at 5:00 PM with the following condition: A gathering of no more than 10 people PER BODY OF WATER in that area NO MATTER THE SIZE OF THE DECK AND WATER. The 10 people Rule includes in the water AND on the deck. Those 10 people must maintain the 6 feet of separation if they are not family members. Each person in that family unit is counted as part of the 10 people Rule. BLUEWATER On Tuesday, May 12th, the indoor and outdoor pools will reopen with Social Distancing of 6’ with those outside of the same household. The fitness area will also be open with 6’ Social Distancing. Signage will be posted reminding owners & guests of the mandated Social Distancing AL Health Dept and CDC guidelines. (The spa will remain closed at this time).
PELICAN POINTE We will be opening the outdoor pools at 5 pm April 30. We are limited to 10 persons around and/or in each pool so a total of 20 people can be on the pool deck area at one time. We will be paying close attention to the limit and if we can't control the guests we will be forced to close them down.
Notices will be posted. Also, the 6-foot rule applies in this area we have set the chairs out with 6 feet of space. The indoor pool and spa will remain closed.
EAST SIDE COTTAGES: COASTAL BREEZE, THE SALTY UNICORN, SHIPWRECKED, DRIFTWOOD COTTAGE POOL WILL BE OPEN. SAN CARLOS POOL IS OPEN. HOWEVER, NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE ARE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE POOL AREA AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
THE 10 PERSON RULE IS INCLUSIVE OF PEOPLE BOTH IN AND OUT OF THE WATER.
THOSE 10 PEOPLE MUST MAINTAIN SIX (6) FEET OF SEPARATION AT ALL TIMES (UNLESS “FAMILY MEMBERS”). (Each person in that family unit is counted as part of the 10 person rule).
If you use the pool furniture, please clean after each use (sanitation wipes located on the east pool fence).

SANIBEL All Amenities Closed (Pools, Fitness Center, and Sauna)
ASHORE THING, ROMEO BEACH COTTAGES The pool is open effective May 1st. Social distancing must be maintained at all times with a minimum of 6' distance between those from different households. No more than 10 may use the pool at one time. Each household should limit their pool usage to no more than 2 consecutive hours. We are hopeful this will eliminate the need for going back to a 1-hour reservation policy. NO belongings should be left at the pool at any time. This includes towels, chairs, pool toys, etc... All belongings should be removed between visits to the pool and unattended items will be discarded. The pool furniture has been stacked and locked up. Guests are not to use the pool furniture since we have no way to clean between guest usage.
TASTY WAVES All amenities have been opened according to the stipulations set out by the Health Department. Signs have been hung listing the details.
PLANTATION Pools are open with social distancing restrictions.
GULF SHORES PLANTATION PHASE 1 Outdoor pools OPEN. Indoor pool, fitness room, and conference room will remain closed.
THE BEACH CLUB Under the new, amended, statewide “Safer at Home” order beginning May 1st through at least May 15th
Hot tub/spa and kiddie pools will remain closed
Pool/pool deck will re-open at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 1st
Pool/pool deck area hours will be limited to 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily
Only one pool gate will be open
For Avalon and Bristol: Pool/pool deck will be limited to only twenty (20) occupants at one time (per the State of Alabama and Baldwin County Health Departments)
For Catalina and Doral: Pool/pool deck will be limited to only ten (10) occupants at one time (per the State of Alabama and Baldwin County Health Departments)
Each occupant is limited to a 2-hour time slot to enjoy the pool/pool deck per day
Each occupant must sign in with the pool attendant
Occupants from different households are required to maintain 6-foot social distance from each other at all times
A pool attendant will be monitoring occupants and requesting social distancing be maintained
After each 2-hour time slot expires, occupants will be asked to vacate the pool/pool deck
The pool deck furniture/area will be sanitized after each 2-hour time slot
